The aim here is to mirror over aspects of the 34.1 config, so that the versions/partials are the same. Then land this on default+production, reconfig, and force the updates builders. That should bump the main patcher config and trigger off update verify builders. This also leaves us all merged up for the next build, assuming we only have one of them.

It also removes the extraPartials definition, so we don't waste any time generating that for a future chemspill.

Note that I've added 34.0 at 100% too. This is because that's the state we'll want it in for the next release. There are no 34.0 -> 34.0.5 snippets in place, so no updates will be made available to 34.0 users.
